"I recently moved into Lubbock Heights and they are amazing! The maintenance team is VERY quick and responsive, Laura in the office does an exceptional job of answering any and all questions. The vibe when you walk into their office makes you happy to live there! The location is great and convenient to gas stations, grocery, laundry, and fast food. The apartments are spacious, well insulated, and quiet. I LOVE living here!!"
"Looking for a new place is always a nightmare, but Laura at LH has made it so easy for me to find a place for my family. The renovations made this place feel brand new and I love it here. Very close to food and the mall. If you are looking to move in somewhere please call Laura."
"My mom lived here going on 3 years. She had floods every other week for almost 2 years from her and her neighbor washing clothes. She has proof of so many work orders for it and the damage the plumbing as caused her apartment it ridiculous. Promises get made to fix things then nobody shows up.or answers the phone. Hopefully she just moves and show them the photos and proof of work orders and let it go."
"Probably the worst apartment complex I've ever attempted to schedule with. My fiance and I tried to schedule a walkthrough for one of their apartments, we were told a time that they forgot about so we had to wait 20 minutes for them to cancel on us and do a different day after we had to carve out time in our schedule. If we were told ahead of time sure, things happen we get it. Poor communication does not give me confidence in this place at all, I can only imagine what happens if they think you missed your rent payment or 'misplaced it.' I don't recommend at all."
"I've lived here going on 4 years. Melissa has been a pleasure to work with and Roy is always smiling and happy to assist when any issue arises. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Great people and a good community"
