"If you are thinking of moving here, don't. They don't take care of their apartments. I lived there for 13 months and the air and heater neither one ever worked properly. They would come to fix them but never once fixed them correctly. I had to call them at the very least, twice a month because it was freezing or burning up in there. The girls in the office are extremely unprofessional, rude and would literally ignore the phone when I called."

"Wonderful experience here mainly due to both office ladies being so warm, kind, and understanding. They have been a pleasure to work with on multiple occasions. The maintenance men are also very kind and do their best to fix things even when stretched thin. Thankful for this community."

"Not sure how this place has bad reviews! I just moved in a week ago and everything is just amazing! Everyone around me and above the apartment are super quiet so it’s nice! The appliances are updated and the light fixtures are AMAZING! Very affordable as well! Glad I chose Woodcrest! Update: Somewhat near the end of my lease, everything is still great! I definitely recommend this place for people just getting out of college and looking to branch off from roommates. The pool should open in another month so that’s nice! The apartment complex grounds stay well kept and maintenance is always on time when you need something. Management is also wonderful and so are the people who live here. My favorite thing about this place is people respect others and never have loud music with bass. 10/10 great experience!"

"My daughter and my grandson currently live at this location. My daughter put in her first work order on 7/3 to get the AC unit fixed. She got a new unit outside the following Friday and was good for about 7 days before it started freezing. It is now 7/31 and she still has no air at her apartment. She's put in numerous work orders and nothing ever gets done. We finally got a professional to take a look earlier and he couldn't do anything since he uses different refrigerant from you guys. The coil needs serious cleaning and it is leaking! Get professional people to fix serious issues. My daughter and grandson have only been able to sleep on their beds for about 10 days this month and counting. Not to mention each day she's been home the upstairs neighbors can't keep quiet. She's put in several complaints and nothing gets done. Not to mention the male upstairs already got in her face and started screaming. The noise would sometimes wake up my grandson when it was almost midnight and on school nights at that. Makes me wonder about this school year, if it's going to be the same way. I'm leaving this review because I am also on the lease and this is the only way I can have any contact with the apartment complex since the office is closed and everything has switched to online."

"I have been residing here at wood crest since April of 2017. I was searching for a great place that would also have reasonable pricing. Once I was settled in, I was unsure about how things would go. My previous experiences with apartments were not well due to the fact that their maintenance was poor and I wasn’t getting what I was paying for, so I was hoping to have an all around positive upgrade here at Woodcrest. I am downstairs and I absolutely love it here. I have had many neighbors whom I have became friends with, and I have never had any issues with any of them as well as anyone else at this complex. It’s very quiet here and there has never really been any crime since I have gotten here which I enjoy the most. Maintenance has been amazing as well. One day my shower faucet broke off and within an hour of notifying the office, I was contacted back and the faucet was fixed the same day. I am notified ahead of time whenever it comes to fixtures or bug spraying. A couple months back maintenance fixed the parking lots and really proved to me that they not only care about the inside of my home, but also the outside. It was greatly appreciated. I have renewed my lease once and i 100% plan on renewing again whenever the time comes. This has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in."
