"If you have ESA dogs do not rent here they refused to approve my papers for my ESA dog and refused to tell me why they wouldn’t approve them. They then towed my vehicle and when I went to the tow yard they released my car for free and said that the apartment never should have called them to come get my car that Gen gave them no reason for it to be towed they were just given a picture and told to come get my car all of this happened in the same day extremely frustrating and unprofessional currently working with a lawyer over the ESA animal problem"
"I love my updated apartment with everything new ! I can’t wait to see the new office building and ready to see the pool sparkling again. I have been at this property for almost 2 years . My lease is up for renewal soon . I appreciate the maintenance dept here , they are always on top of things trying to fix and repair ASAP. The office managers are always kind and helpful in all areas you need help in. I love my community at Oakridge Apartments! It’s very convenient close to the mall , gas station and restaurants. It’s definitely a place to think about when searching for your next apartment home !"
"I think Oakridge has been great, the staff is very kind a very considerate when it comes to giving more time for rent!. Maintenance has never let me down as well they are very fast an great. Second Year at these apartments definitely considering a Third year!."
"If you would like to have basic necessities such as water, electricity or mail please do not sign here. We are constantly having to deal with maintenance issues that could leave you without these necessities for longer than a day. I understand that fixing things such as plumbing may take a while to fix, if that’s the case we should receive a discount on our water or rent bill for the inconvenience. I am also constantly having my packages stolen from my front door. I have lived here for about 4 months and my mailbox has been broken into more than twice. (we have to drive to USPS for mail now)"
