"This community has come a long way in such a short amount of time. The current staff is by far more than willing to address any concerns I’ve had and actually have corrected issues that fell on deaf ears by previous management, and I can see the new owners are pouring into the apartment community as well. Yes, the hot water WAS an issue..however, it has been fixed correctly and I haven’t been without since. I feel like this community has caught a bad rap because of previous mismanagement and poor ownership, but like I said, they truly have come a long way in a short amount of time and they’re definitely worth a look."
"These apartments offer a quiet and peaceful atmosphere pet friendly and I must say great friendly neighbors the apartments are specifically set to one's liking and off a rustic look as with any new places work is need but not much to up setup the quiet atmosphere"
"They won’t fix any of the problems I’ve dealt with, I lived with a hole in my ceiling and water flooding my apartment for 1 month before they even attempted to do anything about it. Maintenance requests never end up getting done. I also went 3 months with no hot water at all. The manager also is rude and uncaring. I’ve lived here for 2 years and nothing has been any better. Don’t come here unless it’s your only choice because it’s ridiculous. ****06/19/2022***** Was told to email management and still have zero response after two months this is the worst customer service and the worst apartment complex I've ever seen. I lived there for two years and had nothing but problems."
