"Excellent place to live comfortably and in peace."
"2019 - 2021 I felt safe. The apartment was clean and sprayed for bugs continually. No swimming pool for that year. Great air and heating. The rent went up in one year about $100 but I'm sure it does everywhere. I like living there so much."
"Ive lived here for since March 2019 and its everything was looking for for myself and also pet friendly. Everyone here seems to get along ok. The land lord is understanding and easy to get along with."
"Nice place but the owner is all he wants is the money. Malinda the manager was cool with me. Nice location. But if you don't have the money get out. Irregardless of the time I was living there, 4 years. Or the help I provided. It's all about the money."
"I lived there two years left the property with no holes in the walls doors or any major defects. I still got charged 326 a year later for them having to replace a door and carpet after i left. I was never late on rent. Never caused any problems except for having the manager dislike my boyfriend and banning him for complaints that didnt make any sense. Very unhappy with the outcome a year after i moved im burdened yet again by this place. It does have a nice quiet neighborhood and nice rent prices."
