"I lived here for two years. It was great at first but after a while i would say i dont recommend living here. If you dont have washer and dryer hookups there is 2 laundry rooms. You had to pay to use them at first but then they changed that. One building was constantly being broken into so it was closed. Which forced all the people that used that one to go the other one. The washers were terrible and wouldnt drain the water most of the time and thats if you could find one that was working. While i lived there there was maybe 2-3 out of 8 dryers working. The water to the buildings was constantly being shut off for reasons i dont know. The floors were squeaky and the carpet was old in my apartment. To top it all off they charged me a crazy amount of money for cleaning fees. There were areas that apparently needed fixing to that they also charged a crazy amount for. Like a drip pan replacement, that is normal and they would have had to replace it anyways. $145 for a full clean of the apartment even tho i cleaned it really well before i left, it was only the carpet that need to be replaced. I see that they are responding to these reviews but please dont bother ive already left and theres nothing you can do to fix it :)"
"I had the pleasure of speaking to Ashleigh who was an amazing person that went above and beyond to help me and my husband. Even though things didn’t work out in our favor she exhausted every avenue on our behalf!!!! Ashleigh deserves a RAISE!!!!!!!!"
"I wanna start with the fact I've lived in this apt for close to 5 years last day today. I wanna give big shot out to Emily for bieng simply amazing. Anything I needed she was there . Ashleigh is simply a peach! Great CS at at all times and a smile that kills. Tiffany is amazing aswell!!! Loved this place"
"I just renewed my lease for another year. I like the complex. The one ding is that it’s dated but that also means it’s not as expensive as the surrounding complexes. The front office people are friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew always seem friendly and have taken care of any problems in a timely manner"
