"It's a low cost but again sent two maintenance and so far nothing and the statements for the place doesn't give much detail so if you just moved from a different state and wanna establish residency then your out of luck and only one neighbor is bad at parking there literally sticking out."

"I just moved in around a week ago.The manager from the office was kind and helpful. Everything was fast and easy. The area is nice and quiet. Apartment is so nice, clean and tidy I love the new appliances. I got a welcome surprise gift box when I moved in that was so kind. Thank you so much Maxeypark Apartments. Good job! I strongly recommend this place everyone who want to live in a really good place. Thank you again"

"I moved in about two weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I have a dog so it’s very nice and convenient having the park right across the street to take him on walks. I put in a maintenance request one day and they were there within a few hours to work on the problems. All new flooring, paint and gorgeous backsplash in the kitchen. Super nice people! Highly recommend!!!"

"Been living here since August of 2018. Since we have moved in we have been dealing with leaks(since August), no AC and was told that we wouldn’t have heat either since September. As I write this review there is a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and water coming from the bathroom light. I wouldn’t recommend living here! Live here if you want mold, water coming from the second story, being told to do something on the day of not days before, and being charged $100-150 more than the stated rent in your lease."

"Lakeshore at Maxey Park is by far the worst apartment complex in Lubbock, Texas. We have one maintenance man that tries to do all that he can to get things fixed. I cannot even walk into the office because no one was there. I looked in through the windows and there is spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The pipes always bust and flood out the town houses. Since I have been here, the pipes have busted and flooded out town homes 3 times at least. Once they flood, the property managers tell you to go get a hotel for a few days on your own dollar. I have had a mouse problem since I moved in (August 2017) and I had to take care of the problem myself. I would call management at a different office and they would tell me they will try to get to it. The shower is a constant guessing game of whether it will be a scalding hot shower or a freezing cold shower. After the flooding, none of my cabinets in the kitchen or bathrooms will close properly. My floors are coming up and cutting my feet, so I have to wear shoes all the time. I call and put in a maintenance request for all of these things and they never get done. I get told that there are higher priority things that need to be fixed first. I absolutely hate this place, I make it a point to tell everyone that I know or meet to never live here. I have spoke with a few other tenants and they are moving out of this place. Once I find a better place to live, I will also be moving out. No human being should be treated the way Lakeshore at Maxey Park and sunridge management group treat people."
