I love my apartment, the people seem to be friendly, and it's so nice and quiet and close to my job. I am so glad I was able to get a place here! It’s so quiet, that it’s almost like you don’t have neighbors. But when you do encounter neighbors, it’s always a pleasant experience. If you need a quiet apartment with sweet people, this is your place. Sam is an awesome landlord and maintenance is super quick to get things done. You won’t regret living here!"
"I lived in these apartments for about 18 months and had an amazing experience. The staff was awesome and very quick to fix any issues that came up. Rent and utilities were extremely reasonable. I have a small daughter who LOVED the close proximity to 2 different parks. If you are looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend checking this place out!"
"By far my best experience living in an apartment. I have lived in several different places in the last decade, at least seven different apartments and Sundowner is easily my favorite for many reasons. The location is ideal, quiet and easy to get to and from. You have a large park in the backyard, two pools, laundry on site and the maintenance team is considerate and kind. Top shelf managers, Sam and Ashlee, were friendly from the day I walked in and did everything they could to make sure everything was in order. Thanks for two years of easy living, Sundowner."
"Sundowner Apartments are a great place to live. It is in a great location, pretty much right in the middle of town with easy access to everywhere! A big plus is the park within walking distance, great if you have kids. The price is very reasonable, and Sam, Ashley, and the maintenance staff are very friendly! It is a quiet apartment complex, and maintenance is done in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend living here!"
