Lubbock Lakeway Apartments

"I’ve lived here a year now. Very peaceful environment, I am very happy here. Edit: This was a post I made a year ago when I was happy living here, however this complex has recently change my opinion over the last year. The Lubbock lakeway apartments took away laundry facilities from their tenants for 3 months to build a gym. There were no accommodations for those who used the laundry facilities and we had to go elsewhere, even though it was in our lease. They also forced everyone to pay for trash services( which cost 20$ a month!) it was not optional. If you are thinking of moving here I suggest you do not. I introduced this place to 3 of my friends who were at first happy here and are now not renewing their lease. I believe their goal is the proved faculties like the gym in order to charge people more for rent. I’m guessing it will keep going up.The appliances are decades old and break constantly they honestly have a lot of balls to change as much as they do. Do not move here."

"I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary. I was beginning to think, during the hunting stage of my moving process, that what I was looking for didn't exist. I needed a 3 bedroom, W/D connections, and that I could bring my more that 20 lb dog to. But most of all I think that I appreciate the quiet more than anything. My previous, was like a Frat house next door ( which I put up with for multiple years). I have only had to call Maintenance once, and he was both quick to answer the call, and repair the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this complex."

"I moved here two years ago and the day I spent apartment hunting I knew this was the place for me as soon as I visited. It’s a quiet complex, staff is friendly and attentive to resident needs. As a single, young adult I feel safe here and any concerns I’ve had have always been addressed and taken care of quickly but those have been very few and far between. I highly recommend living here!"

"I went into the office looking for information on renting an apartment there. Very clean complex, office staff is super friendly and maintenance handles any issues very quickly from what I've been told. I would like to say that Brenda is extremely friendly, professional, and very informative. She helped me out a lot with all of my questions and information that I needed. "Great place to live. All the neighbors are nice and the office staff are very professional. Maintenance is quick with repairs. Rent and utilities are affordable (yes even through LP&L). Pet friendly and all the pets I've met have been friendly. Very little traffic sounds with being so close to 50th Street."
