"A great investment for your physical health! Getting myself back into fitness last year, I booked a couple sessions with Daniel. The results: I became more mindful of my form and efficiency, in which, my running time improved and also addressed what were causing injuries. Most importantly, I became more confident in completing my first half and just signed up for my first marathon this fall. Looking forward to working with Daniel through this running journey."

"I’ve gotten a few running injuries over the years but didn’t want to stop running. I’m also a new mom with lots of new aches and pains in my knees and hips post-partum. I got a run analysis done by Daniel, and it was truly one of the best investments I’ve made into my running “career.” I live out of state and was even able to do it all virtually. The analysis was so detailed and personalized, and Daniel shed so much light on things about my running form that I’ve probably been doing my whole life that slowly led to injury over time. He also explained things in a way I could easily understand. He gave me tips on how to correct it, along with a full exercise plan and running drills. After my first week of doing them, I noticed a huge difference in my running efficiency and a big decrease in my pain after a long run. He was also easily reached when I had questions about the exercises and even added some ankle strengthening exercises upon request. I have a couple races coming up this year, and I feel confident that this is going to help me do well and come out injury free. I would recommend this to anyone — from beginners to longtime distance runners, and even those who just do short runs on the treadmill as a warmup to their workout."

"I've been a lifelong runner but never really got into how I was technically running. When yet another injury set me out for a bit, I went to PT at Three Lakes and met Daniel who introduced me to his running analysis. Daniel is super analytical and honest and really helps break down how you run and how it makes you prone to injury, as well as giving you tweaks in technique and additional strengthening to be a more efficient runner. From cadence, to trunk lean, to foot strike, being aware of how I ran and how I could be better no doubt assisted in a 5 minute PR in my most recent half marathon. Would highly recommend for anyone who is a runner or thinking about becoming one. The knowledge gained is and will continue to be invaluable over my lifetime as an athlete."

"I got a running analysis from Daniel and on my next run I shaved a minute off my pace with the same effort! I have made it a goal to run consistently this year, and I wanted to make sure that I was running in a way to prevent injury. It was really helpful to get feedback on the ways that I can be more efficient when I run, and I appreciated that Daniel took into consideration my unique goals as a runner. I got very detailed feedback but Daniel took care to make sure that it wasn’t overwhelming. I think every runner can benefit from this process!"

"After putting in a lot of work to not be able to run in my first marathon, due to an ankle injury, I started working with Daniel. I’ve worked with PT’s in the past and can say he went above and beyond. He’s very knowledgeable and was even willing to go to the track one evening to see if I had any running form deficiencies. Happy to say he’s the reason I was able to run my first marathon and about to run a 2nd."
