"I absolutely LOVE Dr Brown but I’m sad to say that her front desk staff is absolutely horrible!! On many occasions I have called from the time the clinic OPENS and until it CLOSES AND I WOULD NEVER get to speak to anyone! The line will just keep ringing and ringing. Communication with the staff is absolutely horrible too! My whole family at a point in time was coming to her but due to lack of communication and the fact that one can be just calling and calling and no one answers the line and they would lock the doors to the clinic like an hour early before lunch we had to relocate. Which is very saddening because Dr. Brown is a great doctor."

"I was recommended Dr. Clark-Brown by a close friend. Dr. Clark-Brown and the medical staff are exceptional with how much they care and the amount of individual attention given at each appointment. Patient care here is off the charts; thank you! However, I am disappointed to say that I have experienced a significant lack of communication when it comes to getting a response to portal messages or after leaving a voicemail message. I appreciate that family practices are smaller in size and that can lead to more time needed to respond. However, no response even just confirming receipt seems unacceptable for any practice. For example, it has been two weeks without a call back or a response in the portal messaging system regarding the status of an updated referral request for a specialty provider I've worked with for several years. I'm incredibly disappointed by this situation, because again, the medical care and the people here are outstanding. I am hopeful communication will improve, but I can't leave an honest review without mentioning these communication hurdles."
