"I would consider other places to get a sleep apnea diagnosis. I felt scammed when I was told I needed to pay $3500 for a dental device and $8600 for another device insurance would not cover. I was not impresses with the office environment as I would expect something more confidential in regards to space. Everyone can hear what you are discussing. It almost feels like everyone knows you are about to be scammed, except you! Very disturbing experience from beginning to end. I say, do your homework and go to a place with no negative reviews before you come out of pocket."

"I just wanted to start this review off my stating that I received THE BEST care from not only Dr. Denman, but TOP tier care from ALL staff!! They truly care about their patients health and their office is very Zen like, peaceful, and relaxing (my favorite part is the succulents they have, being in-network with most Insurances, and using medically certified translators to communicate and explain the process of helping me and the financial portions to my mom (a primarily Spanish speaking woman) :) My health was deteriorating quick at the age of 24. It ranged form gaining unhealthy weight, becoming pre-diabetic, snoring pretty loud, consistent mood swings, extreme daytime AND nighttime sleepiness (to the point where I was falling asleep during classes in college, therapy sessions, meetings, driving, and more; all while almost always getting about 7+ hours of sleep!!), spikes in my heart rate while sleeping, decrease in my oxygen levels, and the list just goes on. By the grace of God, I contacted Sleep Cycle Center through their website to request an appointment and received a response from Sasha on June 22nd (quickest, most efficient, and kind response I've received from healthcare (I even got a 10 min appointment reminder!!)). From that point on, the race to alleviate my suffering started. Not only did I get the opportunity to know Dr. Denman's story and his pure intentions to help those that struggle with their health and sleep, but he also saved my life (In a stylish way too (I got a PINK (my favorite color) Dynaflex Accu-Fit Dorsal case)). Today, August 28th 2023, I get to sleep peacefully. My health has changed tremendously (I'm no longer pre-diabetic, weight is stabilizing, heart rate is stabilizing more and more everyday, oxygen levels are within normal range throughout the day, I'M NO LONGER SLEEPY DURING THE DAY, I actually have healthy energy to combat the day, my mood is stabilizing more and more everyday, I get no complaints from housemates about my snoring, and my favorite part, my mother can sleep peacefully at night knowing that I am sleeping without common Obstructive Sleep Apnea risks :,) Thank you Sleep Cycle Center for everything you have done for me :)"

"BUYER BEWARE AND KNOW YOUR INSURANCE !! If you have lots of money to pay out of pocket, go for it. I had a virtual appointment on a Monday and was sent a message on Friday my office visit location had changed and I would be billed $225 if did not give 48 hour notice if not being able to make it. I attempted to call and text and did not get a response to early Monday morning right before appointment time. Had the virtual visit with a very “charming “ dentist and was told I had a $6500 deductible which I had not met. So they were going to be so gracious as to give me the cash pay rate of $3500 and they refuse to give me the contracted rate of $2100 with my insurance until I first met my deductible. . I called myself to my insurance. I don’t have a deductible. I have $6500 out of pocket max for the year. Called back and left 2 messages with no return call. Finally the 3rd attempt was able to get someone on the phone. Was told my insurance company was giving me the wrong information. they do take my insurance for the $1600 and I would be responsible for $1900. I am only suppose to pay 20% with my insurance but they refuse to allow the contracted rate rate of $2100 as the total amount. I changed the rating to a 2 since the dentist did reach out and try to explain the expense. I don’t feel I should have to pay for 2 sleep studies to someone who doesn’t take the contracted rate when I already had one sleep study and I can have my insurance pay for another when needed."
