"Absolutely TERRIBLE service every single time I walk in here to the point that I’m uncomfortable. I will now just cease the medication or find alternative options. It all starts with the very heavy set black woman at the front desk who NEVER greets or looks at you. It starts with, “what can I do for you. Name!”. After that I wait for 5-10 minutes as it always takes her time ‘for some reason’ to type and find anything. This past weekend I walked in to a Latina woman looking at me like, “oh god, no!” Not sure why I got that look, but she proceeded to walk away and toward the front desk multiple times, side eyeing the heavy set woman at the front desk with a smirk as if I was a problem/joke. Next thing you know, some skinny white lady (the Dr.) came out and just started touching my hair without asking. Not sure about you, but in my book these days, that is considered sexual harassment. I know as a male if I were to do that, a woman would have the right to be offended and call the police. Either way, totally unacceptable. People, this is just one experience out of many. Everytime I call for a prescription, I go to my pharmacy only to find it is not there, meaning I have to wait another day. What does low-t say, “sorry, not our fault. It’s a problem with our system”. And don’t get me started on deliveries. I have never once received anything on time. When I call low-t about that, what do you think I get. . . “Sorry, not our fault. It’s the pharmacy”. Do yourself a favor and stay away from “this office”. I’ve been to another in Houston where I had no issues at all. This one employees some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. There is no such thing as customer service here. You’ve been warned."

"LUNCH IS 1 - 2 every day. I submitted an edit to hopefully fix this, as I came in at lunch. Once you’re in Chara and the med tech people are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped me with my T levels. However will say the front desk is not great. They hardly know what is going on. I had to call over 8 times asking to get my prescription renewed. Many of those times they didn’t even pick up. No response to many left messages. Eventually someone picked up. They said they would call back, but never did. Had to come in to get it resolved. Seems like a total lack of care from the front desk."

"Something is going on with this company. Orders are not delivered and you can’t track your injections on the app and your lab results aren’t updated. The most recent lab results I have are from three months ago. The staff is always exceptional very much exceptional. But what’s going on is out of their control on a corporate level."

"I’m shocked by all the 5 star reviews. My experience here has been unlike any medical facility I have ever visited… Check in was sloppy. Misspelled my name and email in records, forgot to have me do a significant chunk of paperwork (had to go back up front after being sent back to complete 20 more minutes of paperwork) The nurse was incredibly unfriendly and borderline rude. Absolutely no greeting or explanation of the process. Just walked in and asked who I was. You’re supposed to know who I am by the time I’m in the back in a private room. I felt really uncomfortable and annoyed within minutes of getting back there. Apparently the doctor was too busy to see me for my sentiment with her so the nurse took over, but then the doctor showed up anyway… the doctor was actually very friendly and clearly educated in her field, but her “bedside manner” was not up to par. I felt like she was treating me like her naughty kid, scolding me and judging me for not knowing the finer details of some of my family’s medical history. The doctor and the nurse both hovered over me complaining and fretting about drawing my blood because I don’t have bulging obvious veins… I get blood drawn every 3 months for years, this has never been an issue. Overall, this place is wildly unprofessional, unfriendly, and disorganized. I would never encourage any one to go here. Your primary doctor can run all these tests, and likely prescribe testosterone treatments. Use your GP instead. Also, after several weeks and 4 different calls for medical records releases from this place, I have been given 4 totally different sets of instructions with 4 different fax numbers/emails and still have no records. Ridiculous."

"Staff is extremely caring and friendly. Appointments are always very quick, even as walk in existing patient. They are dedicated to getting patient within the spectrum of health desired and communicate with patient very well over lab results and what needs to be done. No regrets going to this location for assistance in changing my own quality of life."
