"So, I can say I've lived at The Scarlet my entire time here in Lubbock, and I haven't even considered staying elsewhere. Every year, year round, my needs are taken care of. Sometimes, even going the extra mile to just to take care of those thing. Particularly, managers Timothy and Kaitlyn have been extremely helpful and kind during my stay here."

"the scarlet is a great environment to be at! if you have no clue of what it is on the inside, just know your in for a good one because the hospitality is off the charts! The appointment is very spacious and clean the bathrooms have wonderful neatness from top to bottom. The kitchen is very clean with no problems. Very bedroom is what you dream of and it have nice privacy from door to door in each room! I’ve been here since 2022 and never came across any problems! the main office is a wonderful place to visit and stop by for questions and they have all the answers to them! Thank you! Keep up the great work!"

"Do not move here if you value a comfortable living experience. While living here I experienced a new maintenance issue every month. Management is extremely slow addressing issues and they are not helpful at providing service to accommodate. During the winter my unit had a leak and the management was so slow to provide any meaningful aid. They left this hole in the wall for roughly 3 weeks."

"I've lived in lubbock in different apartment complexes around the campus (Ulofts, Raiders Pass, Raiders Walk, Overton, etc.) and this is by far the worst apartment near campus. The worse part is they give money (in form of gift cards) to students to write a 5-star review. For the quality of apartments, they charge an arm and leg. I rented a 400 sq ft (YES 400 sq ft) studio unit in horrible condition for around $1200 total. INSANE! Their maintainence staff was freindly but could never fix my apartment issues. For 12 month I lived with a bathroom with ceiling leaking water! Refridgirator and other appliances are super old and cheap. The apartment itself was dirty and unkepmt when I moved in. Dont fall for their model apartment and the entrance around reception office which is renovated. The actual apartments are nothing like their model apartments. Honestly just stay away from Scarlet at ALL COSTS!!! I'm attaching some photos of the apt the day I moved in."
