"Why do you guys keep forgetting to send in all my prescriptions? Do you realize when someone is taking a medication it's not good to miss it for 4 days in a row cause once again you only sent in half to the pharmacy? As medical professionals do you not understand that's not ok? I am done with here and will highly encourage anyone to not go here. "I researched and made my appointment based upon the information that this was a men's primary care practice. There was no man at this facility. The lady who checked me in (very sweet) was female, the nurse (I assume?) who did my vitals was a female, and the PA-C (which is not what I would have chosen) was a female. No credentials are listed when you research them on their website. I assumed my caregiver would be a MD, DO, etc. I do not use assistants to be my primary caregiver. I chose this practice as it's advertised and hyped to be a men's facility, focusing on complete male health. None of my screening today covered any of my male parts. The intent of going here was to get total men's health care. The exam was brief and was not a complete physical. Highly disappointed in this visit and will be going back to Baylor Scott & White."

"Scheduling my annual checkup was super easy, took care of all of it online. I showed up at my scheduled time, virtually no wait, the staff was friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and got me in and out in no time. Really liked that they were able to do my blood tests in house. No need to go to a third party to have them done. They got me scheduled for my follow-up within a week to go over the blood work and I was on my way. Overall a great experience!"

"The stars are for the online customer service and the medical assistant who checked the vitals and took blood draw for me since they are great and kind. But my visit with the doctor was very unpleasant. I’ve been having some conditions after physical exercise since July. When the doctor came in for the session, she just acted and talked like she doesn’t care. I was trying to tell her what happened since the summer but she just stopped me and asked me to only tell her what happened in the past month, which cannot cover what happened or what changed on me. I’m okay with that if that’s the professional way. But then she said if I know the conditions will show up why do I still keep doing the exercises. If I know the way to stop having the conditions is simply just stop doing exercises, what would I need you for? I paid for the doctor to figure out what caused the condition that never happened before and hopefully find out a treatment plan. All the other doctors I went said that “I know you want to get back to normal exercises eventually so let’s figure out what’s going on.” And the answer you gave me is to stop exercising without even let me finish providing all the information? Why don’t you just told me to stop being alive and all the conditions will not show up again for sure. I’m very disappointed with this visit."
