"The staff are rude. Wait times are too long. When I failed my DOT medical exam they handed me my failed papers with a smile on their face like it was a good thing and weren't willing to work with me on it at all to get a better result. They don't care that people are out of work and on the verge of going homeless and that their medical exams could put them out of work for the forseeable future. These people should be ashamed to even be adjacent to the medical profession. I would give a negative star review if I could."

"Update: I have been there a few times in the past 7 months or so for various issues since I thought it would be easier to come here vs. calling my regular physician's office. The last time I was there with a flu, I checked in online and the wait was over 4-5 hours. Every time I called, I would get conflicting updates on my appointment slot depending on who picked up the phone that day. Why even have people check in online if we have to wait all day? This has happened 2-3 times now with the online check-in and it's frustrating... The person working the front desk is not very people oriented or friendly. He also charged me a $100 co-pay even though my insurance states that I have a $20 co-pay. Every other time, the co-pay there was $20. I called my insurance and he still claimed I needed to pay $100 because my deductible wasn't met ( what?!). I am now waiting for my explanation of benefits because I was clearly overcharged and need to contact them to get my $ back. Very frustrating."

"I was a bit hesitant at first, but am so glad I came. All the staff were super friendly, thoughtful, courteous, and empathetic. I would recommend creating an appointment online and wait for the text for them to tell you when they’re ready for you. PA Evans Martinez was thoughtful, thorough, and kind. I had to take an x-ray of my injured hand and she cared for my son while I did. Hopefully we won’t have to come back soon but if we do, I know we’ll be in good hands."

"I had been here when it was fast med and didn’t have any issues then. My first time here since they changed to care now, and it’s pretty rough if you don’t feel well. You’re no longer allowed to make an appointment. You can “check in” online, it says you’ll be notified via text when an appointment is available. Skip that - you might as well just go in and wait because they prioritize walk ins anyway, and you’ll be waiting 2 hours regardless. The most frustrating part - the kid at the front desk was rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t mind taking advantage of sick people. He said he couldn’t verify my insurance and that must mean it’s inactive so I had to self pay $150+. I explained to him that my insurance is indeed active, and asked if he could try again. He just told me no (even though this is literally his job). I called my insurance myself, handed him the phone, and they told him it was indeed active. He didn’t apologize or even look at me after that - but I saved over $120 by not letting him take advantage of me. I know when you need urgent care, you need something quickly - but I wouldn’t recommend CareNow if you can avoid it. I won’t be coming back."

"I can’t emphasize enough how happy I am that I went here today. I feel like death. They were SO nice. I got in quickly and got great care. The PA was incredibly sweet and empathetic. I don’t want to be sick (who does) but if I am, I’m glad they’re close to my house."
