"The front office staff is extremely rude in both the orthopedist, and physical therapy offices. I’m not sure what is happening, but they seem not too happy to see patients, and I felt like a nuisance rather than a person. I understand that working with the public can be stressful, as I am also a healthcare administrator, so my empathy is limited. I was extremely polite to everyone, so there was no reason for this behavior."

"Super friendly staff. I used Dr Perella as a result of a tramatic calf injury in early October, having been referred by St David's ER. Say Dr Patella on myfirst visit, then his PA thereafter. A stitch was missed during my stich removal visit in December. During my second PT referral, Feb 2020 a second was found. Not great attention A 20,second missed stich was found"

"I scheduled an appointment for the Eiger location. They called me telling me it had to be rescheduled and they scheduled for 32nd street because the doctor would not be at Eiger on the days I requested Once the date got close, they called me again to reschedule. I again requested the Eiger and they were able to get me in at that location. I got a reminder call of my appointment but the message said it was 32nd street! So I was confused and so I called there office. They told me my appointment is for the 32nd street location. . I said it couldn't be because that is not what I requested. So, I settled because I didn't want reschecule again! Well, I drive all the way to 32nd and they tell me my appointment is at Eiger!"

"Front staff is so unorganized. The doctor told me he wanted to see me back in a week for a follow-up and that i needed an MRI. When ARA contacted me they told me i had to wait because Greater Austin Orthopedic had pit the wrong birthday on my referral form. I finally got the fixed and i come back for my follow-up appt and the front office staff is so unorganized and not friendly. When i asked about the birthday mix up she acted as if it never happened. Then she stated that they needed a picture of me for my chart( which the probably should have did on the first appt) then she told I was done. I hobble over with my hurt leg and sat down. Then she started talking across the waiting room that I owed a balance. I told her well you told me i done so I sat down. So guess what I had to hobble back up to the front. The front office staff will definitely bring this place down. Definitely thinking about switching back to my old Orthopedic."

"This dr took my case & was very prompt. Showed me my options but in my case there ended up only one that benefited me & that was SURGERY. Brandy in scheduling kept in great touch & was super friendly & got things rolling & India the nurse has been super with answering all questions & returning calls. Nice to have a great group of workers. I would recommend my family & friends."
