"Dr Ta was easily one of the best doctors I’ve ever had …. He entered the exam room like a boss… He came in with clippers and a scalpel and started cutting and scraping my foot and within seconds I had a new foot….Highly recommend Dr Ta…. Great experience … great energy …"

"This place is just for business. They do not care about their patients. I went for WEEKS without getting another set of MRIs that I needed for my ankle that wouldn't heal, all because they refused to help with my insurance issue. They said I would have to come in for another visit (which is not true, all I needed was them to fax over a paper to my insurance), seems like they are just in it for the money. I had to call multiple times and finally someone agreed to help me, so I am thankful for Madison. TBD if the fax gets done and my insurance issue is resolved."

"I had a bad experience with the receptionists recently that left me feeling confused and like I didn’t matter as a patient. Let me start by saying that I have absolutely no complaints about prior treatment I received from Dr. Dao, she is a true professional. My issue was with the receptionists. I arrived for a scheduled appointment and was immediately told that my insurance co-pay was $90 instead of the $40 that I had normally paid on *all* of my prior appointments. I was surprised to hear this and called my insurance to confirm that my co-pay was still $40. My insurance confirmed this information, but the receptionist said that they print out insurance documents internally ahead of appointments and that my paperwork showed I didn’t have a co-pay of $40, so I’d have to pay the full $90 before the appointment. I was super confused. I have always paid a $40 co-pay for specialists. It’s never been more or less. The receptionist wouldn’t speak with the insurance representative that I had on the phone, and she didn’t offer to call the insurance to try and clear up the problem. This was *never* an issue until my most recent appointment. Nothing changed with my insurance plan — it’s the same plan that I’ve had the entire time. The receptionist had a “too bad, so sad” attitude and refused to offer any help at all even as I walked out the door without receiving any treatment, which was a huge waste of time for the doctor who set aside time to see me during my scheduled appointment time. To make matters worse, I drove over 45 minutes in traffic for this appointment and it was completely pointless. A little more caring attitude and willingness to help me could have gone a long way, but instead they have lost me as a patient as I’ve been forced to search for a new doctor’s office that will accept my insurance’s $40 co-pay. I was completely surprised by this bad experience after having great experiences in the past."
