"This place is the worst. I made an online walk-in appointments for me and my son around 4:00 pm. I called them at 4:30 pm to make sure they will send me a notification, and they said I should receive a text message letting me know that a room was ready for me so I could head out that way. I called again at 6:30 pm, I shared that I haven’t received any texts, they said that there was one more person in front of us and that I should receive a text message soon. In this call I also asked about my copay and they confirmed that it was $0 as per my insurance. It was 8:15 pm when I called AGAIN! This time they let me know that my appointments were canceled because I never showed up!!! Their central location communicated with the branch and they said that I can head over their way. Once I arrived, the front office lady was rude, told me that I have a copay of $45 for each! I was so upset I wanted to cry. My son had burning hot from his fever and we waited for hours to come to this!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME. Do not come to this place."

"Nice place but the receptionist at the front desk didn't know what she was doing. She said they didn't take chip then said my son's insurance was not active so I had to call the insurance to confirm and sure his insurance is active and they are in network. So that was frustrating but the doctor was very nice. so if your child have chip Dell's children you can take your child if is necessary."

"Had an appointment with them in May. Paid $180 for a visit. Then I was charged $70 more in 3 month, they just charged the card that I paid them without my approval. When I called customer service they told me that their visit from $180 to $250. I was charged for a simple visit, but it appeared wasn't a simple case. Are you serious? I had a breastmastitis, doctor just looked at it for a second and prescribed antibiotics,that's it, I was there not more than 5 minutes. Never come again."

"They’re definitely next level in their customer service and patient care! From the moment you walk in to when you finish your appt, they make you feel welcome. Any apprehension about having to go to an urgent care clinic is immediately put at ease when speaking with the receptionist. She was hospitable and informative. Check in was fairly quick and we were in a private room in no time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you left confident you were on the road to recovery. The doctor was one of the friendliest and knowledgeable physicians. You could really sense his interest in your well being. If you’re looking for great patient care in a comfortable environment, definitely come here for treatment. Also, huge bonus points for providing juice boxes while we waited!"
