"I waited months to get in for an EMG appointment (after waiting months to see the neurologist for an initial consult). My EMG was cancelled the day before and had to be rescheduled for FOUR months from now. The reason I'm seeing the neurologist in the first place is for chronic, severe nerve pain, so now I’m supposed to just deal with it for another 16 weeks?? Apparently whoever does the EMG’s can only do them on Tuesdays for whatever reason and if they’re sick I guess everyone who has an appointment with them is screwed? This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are unable to provide a service in a reasonable time frame then hire more staff who can perform that service or don’t offer it at all. If you’re booking four months out for these appointments then obviously the demand is there. I will be finding another neurologist because I do not trust that by waiting another four months I will actually be seen and have my problem solved. I’m so incredibly disappointed."

"Dr Williams is awesome but it seems the front desk staff is only capable of placing a sign stating the dr is 45 min behind but unable to simply contact her appointments to let them know this. Wild. No one wants to sit in a medical room for over an hour especially with a newborn. Waited a month for this appt."

"Do not waste your time going to this clinic. The doctors bunt patients and outright refuse to even see patients. I tried to establish a new primary care doctor due to insurance issues at this location. I specifically asked for a doctor who understood Tourette Syndrome and who would be willing to continue my established treatment as my PCP. The scheduler said that he would make sure that request was put in and I was given an appointment with Dr. Zayd N. Nashaat. When I arrived for that appointment, not only did Dr. Nashaat NOT prescribe the medication I take for Tourette's in general, but he acted so proud of himself that he didn't prescribe a medication that has been effective in the treatment of Tourette's. He wanted to prescribe Haldol, which is a conventional antipsychotic that used to be prescribed 20 - 30 years ago. It was never proven to be effective, because Tourette's is NOT a psychotic condition! Secondary, he's not even a PCP. He's an internal medicine doctor who knows nothing about Tourette's. He said I need to see a Psychiatrist and I explained TS is not a psychiatric condition, it's a neurobiological one. Psychiatrists can't do anything for us. At most, we see a neurologist who signs off that our PCP can continue our treatment. This has been well established within the Tourette Association AND my experience as someone with Tourette's. I've been doing this for over 20 years. So then he referred me to a neurologist at ARC, Dr. Andrea S. Raymond. I immediately called to schedule an appointment. This was in June and the first appointment they had available was 9-11-23. I had to wait 3 months for this appointment. The Friday before the 11th, ARC contacted me 3 times to confirm the appointment. A text, an email, and a phone call. THEN after I confirmed with them for the third time over the phone, they called me back at 5:15pm, saying that Dr. Andrea had to cancel my appointment because she doesn't see "people with Tourette Syndrome". Those were their exact words! Are you serious? I have never heard of a neurologist not seeing someone with Tourette Syndrome. We're not contagious! And it's not like she needs to do a diagnostic work-up. All she had to do was read through my established medical records that were sent to them and sign-off that my PCP could continue my medical treatment that I've been on since 2006. This isn't rocket science, so I can only assume that Dr. Andrea is not worth her salt as a neurologist. She had 3 MONTHS to review the referral. She had 3 months to either refer me to someone else or to cancel much earlier, instead of waiting until 2 days before my appointment. Her canceling my appointment because she doesn't see "people with Tourette Syndrome" caused harm, violating the Hippocratic Oath that doctors take. Too often doctors are put into positions of playing God and this oath is to remind them of their ethical obligations to their patients. From my experience at this clinic, neither Dr. Zayd N. Nashaat or Dr. Andrea S. Raymond took their oath seriously, but instead caused medical harm. Dr. Nahsaat wrote in his notes things I never said, and he wrote that I said I had enough medication to last me 90 days. NO! I said I had enough for the month. I only had a 30 day supply. I had to go 2 months without the medication that keeps the Tourette’s under control due to Dr. Nashaat's arrogance and Dr. Andrea's negligence. I doubt I'm the only one that these two doctors have affected adversely. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. It is medically negligent. So if you need a PCP or a neurologist, do not waste your time going to this ARC Clinic. They will not uphold their Hippocratic Oath and they will not treat you like a patient, let alone a human being that has intrinsic value for simply existing. This location should receive a negative 5 star rating, but unfortunately I have to give it a one-star."

"I would only give this place stars for Yesenia and Dr. Parsons. To schedule an appointment, I have been on the phone with 7 different people, 2 of whom hung up when transferring, and I've spent over an hour today on hold. The messaging system through MyChart is abysmal, as I can barely message my provider. She is leaving, and I'm trying to see her before she does; I'll probably leave with her as well. Please improve this service for other people, my goodness."

"I PRAY NO ONE ELSE WASTE THEIR TIME COMING HERE!! After not being greeted when I walked in and being unsure of where to go I already wasn’t feeling like they weren’t attentive, nice or helpful. I Wasn’t able to be seen because I had to call my insurance and change the provider and I only had a “ten minute grace period” to be at when my appointment that was at 2pm and was told @ 2:01 that I couldn’t call and change it right there and then, when I have called and change my childrens provider at an appointment before. I guess they weren’t worried about seeing patients or meeting numbers. What’s the point of online registration if you get there and nothing is “saved”. You guys have a whole registration support team to call but they can’t call and confirm before an appointment if they had questions or concerns. Front desk was rude and non welcoming and put me in bad mood from the beginning. Very unprofessional and unfortunate because I’ve been looking for a primary care physician and finally thought I found the perfect place. Appointments are also a month and half out, not convenient at all."
