"I’d like to amend my 1 star review from 2 weeks ago to 5 GOLDEN STARS. No company is perfect and when there is a complaint it is all about how the complaint is addressed. The management team at Nova listened to my complaint and did everything to make it right. I’m an official graduate of Nova from my injury. I have already spoken to my employer about continuing to use Nova for our medical needs. I arrived at 11:20 to been seen by the doc for my 11:30 scheduled appointment. It wasn’t until almost noon that the lady in front told me she checked me in. I am not happy that I waited over 30 minutes to be checked in. Then the front desk told me if they can’t get me back soon that she can reschedule my appointment time. Not okay with this. I’ll be taking to my employer about not sending other employees here."

"I had a great experience! All the front desk ladies were very helpful and attentive, and my lab technician Juanita was awesome! My only complaint is that I think they might have forgotten about me, because I was waiting for probably about an hour or so, after Juanita finished taking my vitals and medical history. I finally had to open the door and made eye contact with everyone that walked by my room.. Lol. But once the provider arrived, he was very pleasant, quick yet thorough completing the physical, and I was out the door within 5 minutes! I definitely recommend Nova!"

"The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment of check in til check out I was treated with respect and decency. Ms. Priscilla was one of the first people I spoke with and she continued to be a huge help throughout the process very grateful for her expertise. Also shout out to Kyle! "I went there for a pre-employment physical in the late afternoon. The staff at the front desk were very unprofessional ( gossiping and having inappropriate conversations) in front of patients. The wait was long. When I was called back for my drug screen and physical I was rushed through making me feel anxious thus causing my blood pressure to be elevated when my blood pressure is normally fine. My height was measured at 5’5” with shoes when my actual height is 5’6” without shoes. I don’t ever want to go back to this place again, yet I have to do a blood pressure recheck for the doctor only approved my medical certification for 3 months. The worst experience ever."
