"Dr. Mothersole is a great doctor that will honestly and with care answer your questions and assuage your concerns. I could not recommend this practice more highly!"

"My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Mothersole. She performed surgery on him when he broke his nose and has helped me with vocal chord issues. She just fixed my deviated septum and did an outstanding job! We are both very pleased with Dr. Mothersole and her staff!"

"We got in quickly which was nice. Dr nassan was nice. He said he would call in a medication for my kid, it never got called in. We agreed to get the second set of tubes in and he said they would reach out for a surgery date, no one ever called. We thought we left a lunch box with his meds in it, I called and left a message, no one ever called back. Not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend going since there’s 0 follow up care."

"Double, triple check your insurance coverage. I called today and had a delightful chat with the scheduler who took my insurance info and got my 3 year old son seen same day. The Phreesia text for check-in came and showed a $40 co-pay and paperwork to fill out. I quickly filled it all out and made it to my appointment just in the knick of time. At check in they casually mention you pay after, but didn't say anything about the amount or coverage. The Audiologist was great, the Dr was okay. At checkout, I'm told my total is more than 6x the previously shown co-pay. I tell them that can't be right and they very casually mention that I'm out of network and it was my responsibility to make sure I was in network. Considering their software sent me a check-in text and said my co-pay was $40, that confirmed being in network, there was no reason to ask again! They had multiple opportunities to mention it and said nothing. They were absolutely unfeeling while I was on the verge of tears over this new charge and the realization that my son will not be getting tubes placed since they basically don't take my insurance. I felt the entire process, from getting me seen quickly and rushing paperwork to the way checkin and checkout worked was to swindle an unsuspecting parent. At any point they could have mentioned they were out of network and I would not have chosen this Dr. The way they handled it then was just heartless. I hate this place."

"My daughter loved Dr. Mothersole and my daughter is very particular regarding the doctors she sees. The 3 stars is for the lack of straightforward communication. My daughter needs her tonsils removed. We’ve been waiting 2 weeks for them to call to get the surgery scheduled. We were told they were “working on insurance estimates”. I can see that no authorization for surgery has been submitted on my online insurance account. The bottom line is they are understaffed. Unfortunate that they are dealing with staffing issues, but the doctor/clinical staff need to communicate that and let patients know that you are behind on scheduling and give them a realistic timing of when the surgery may be scheduled. Patients are clients. And patients have lives and things scheduled as well. More consideration for your clients would be appreciated. We ended up going to another ENT practice and got her surgery scheduled before we left their office from her appointment. I did call back and let them know to remove my daughter’s paperwork from the scheduling queue and provided this feedback to the clinical staff. I’m not sure if she’d share this with the practice administrator or MDs so writing a review here."
