"Love the providers but the office staff takes over three business days to send a prescription. They didn't used to be this way but something has changed, unbelievably frustrating. Do not recommend."

"Desire is amazing, we love her and I’m so grateful for her help. The front desk staff act like smiling at customers is a sin. We’ve been here multiple times, and it always feels like we’re bothering them when we need to check in. There are usually 4-5 receptionists as well. I understand they’re doing their job and have other responsibilities, I guess just a “we’ll be right with you” would be nice."

"Horrible experience and my immediate concerns were not addressed and instead was instead told that we’re not going to focus on that. I was then charged over $300 with insurance!! without ever seeing a bill until about 2 months later i received an invoice for another $100. This is a shady business and in no way did i feel that i was listened to about my concerns. Don’t waste your time and money here"

"DO NOT GO HERE! They use fradulent CPT codes to increase the cost of your visits if they go over 16 minutes - even though the code used is for a 30-39 minute visit. They add codes for psychotherapy with a medical evaluation, but they won't give you the results of the evalutation without a charge - and let's be honest, that cannot be completed in a routine 16 minute, medication management visit. There are no options to submitt a grievence, speak to a patient advocate, or really any information on how to deal with complaints, who they're regulated by, etc. It's a total sham of endlessly dealing with fradulent charges for insufficient care. If you have to use them, check your EOBs, keep track of all visit content and length. Work with your PCP if you can, or any of the online options, like Her's - anything is better than this place!!!!"

"Bria is amazing. Man, I trust her care. The staff in this office could use some bed side manner and a sense of urgency on behalf of patients. A 40 minute wait time on hold is too long. No one from your staff seemed to even acknowledge that. When they receive a message that they thought would be an easy closure they answered within ONE minute. My messages went unanswered before and after that. It makes me feel like I shouldn’t continue with this office even though I completely trust Bria’s care. The front office staff make or break it for most patients and this office needs to learn empathy and how to answer a question without reading off of a script. Bria made me feel like I was heard. My mental health mattered. Your staff do not. I so wish they did, but today they have not. (11/15/23)"
