They took very good care of my wife! They brought extra heated blankets for her, carefully monitored her before and after the surgery. Answered all our questions. "Wife's surgery was well handled. But they insisted on my paying upfront for their estimate of what would be covered as though I had not satisfied any deductibles this year. Consequently they charged me nearly $900 more than the EOB from my insurance says I owe. For more than a week now I have been leaving voicemails on the 5 different phone numbers I have for these people including one specifically identified as "Patient Accounts". No response. Crickets. "This office is amazing! Dr. Cramer and Dr. Lerner are very knowledgeable and have some unique techniques to what they do. Dr. Cramer performed bunion surgery on both of my feet. Prior to the surgery I had heard so many horror stories that I can't even count, and a lot of those people are still in pain and having to schedule multiple surgeries. I was up and walking the very same day of surgery. I also have a 23 pound+ baby that needed me. I literally had no down time. Being a realtor and a mom, this surgery had to go perfect, and it did.
