"I decided to try this place because I had found a groupon that seemed like a very good deal. A scheduled an appointment and spoke to the doctor and he was very nice and very informative. I Was scheduled to come by and pick up my medication on a monday morning at ten o'clock. Unfortunately, I woke up at 5 AM in the morning with a migraine and I wasn't able to make it. When I did finally feel better I left and started toward the facility. When I was in the general area I could not find them because my GPS started flipping out. I called and a person by the name of Travis answered the phone. I had asked him for directions and he wanted to know my name. I proceeded to tell him that I was supposed to be there at 10 o'clock to pick up my medication but I had a migraine headache. He told me that I would have to reschedule for another appointment to pick up my medication. Which I clearly didn't understand. I was probably a minute from the location. I became upset and told him to just give me a refund which he said he would do. I understand that people are busy But I also understand that things happen that are out of anybody's control. For me to be right there and him refusing to let me come by and pick up my medication was ridiculous. So as far as I'm concerned I don't give them good ratings because this is definitely not good customer service."
