"So this was more than 2 years ago but i feel like this an important story. my father was extremely sick, wasnt able to hold anything down, fever ect. They went to this clinic. They told him it was the flu. It in fact was not the flu. He was going into septic shock due to a bacterial infection. A few hours later, he went to the ER. His fever was 103, his blood pressure was low, & he was vomiting. If they had just checked a bit more, they could have sent him to the ER. THANKFULLY, he is alive. If your a patient ask questions."
"Went there to get some stitches removed and everyone I encountered was very nice and great to deal with. The lady who removed the stitches for me, Korbyn, was very skilled and truly wonderful. The staff at Victory are truly great....will definitely go there in the future for any medical needs."
"Ill prepared front desk and very unprofessional billing department when it comes to questions and returning calls about insurance and claims. Almost 2 weeks out with multiple calls to the office manager with no response.. other billing person getting combative over the phone. Worst experience when trying to find a new primary care... I spent allot of time researching doctor's and offices. This is very disappointing."
"All they care about is charging you as much as possible. They reorder unnecessary tests and won't bat an eye when a "physical" runs for thousands of dollars. Avoid Victory Medical, Melissa Gabrielli, and the rest of their dishonest staff."
"I had a Heartwise Physical here and am so impressed with how my insurance not only covered it, but I had nearly an hour worth of testing and learned so much about my state of health. Some of the things I was tested for were thyroid ultrasound, lab work, heart health with an ecg and ultrasound of major artery, mini-stress test, BMI, pulse oximetry, spirometry, etc. I ended up finding out that I had a small thyroid nodule and will continue to follow up with Vladimir to monitor it. Thank you for treating me well and taking the time to help me understand all of the results I received."
