"I've been with Austin Oaks for a month and a half, and this facility has been so welcoming, so open, and so willing to work with me. The front desk lady, Angelina, is one of the sweetest and best people to walk in to the facility to see. The therapists are practically bending over backwards to help in any way possible, Annette and Katie are the absolute best! The psychiatrist, Dr. Ha, is so detailed and thorough to make sure you're taken care of. When I first reached out to the facility, they got back to me within an hour. I feel so well taken care of here, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive community."

"I had a highly positive experience with Austin Oaks Hospital, particularly with their Women's Program. The compassionate staff and serene environment create a supportive atmosphere for healing. The personalized care and comprehensive approach to mental health are commendable. The Women's Program, in particular, provides a safe space for recovery, and the dedicated team goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and progress. I highly recommend Austin Oaks Hospital for their commitment to mental health and well-being."

"They have dedicated mental health professionals, who specialize in understanding and addressing the unique mental health needs of women. They play a crucial role in making the program outstanding. Their expertise ensures that patients in the exclusive women’s programs receive tailored and effective support, guiding them towards positive steps during and after treatment. Highly recommended for those seeking comprehensive mental health care with a focus on women's specific needs."

"As a professional my experience with referring clients to Austin Oaks has been excellent, specifically the women’s program. Mental health stabilization is not a one size fits all process, and trauma is so often at the root of the presenting symptoms. Having a program where women with traumatic histories can feel safe while getting care is a major step in the right direction. The communication has been great and allows for a seamless transition to a lower level of care. Big shout out to Lisa Modur for all she does as a clinician and patient advocate."

"This is the first psych hospital I’ve been at that has made me feel safe and heard. The food wasn’t terrible, the staff was caring and compassionate. They’re understaffed and still going above and beyond. I’ve read reviews of other hospitals that I’ve been to and they’re all lies. This place is safe. My only complaint is I wish there were more opportunities for processing emotions rather than just feeling them on your own and using a tech or other patient to cope rather than a therapist led group. They will give you resources if you need them and I recommend taking them!"
