"It was a very pleasant and smooth experience in which everyone was extremely helpful,nice and with the most pleasant and lively attitude. I couldn't have picked a better place to have my medical needs looked at. My gratitude to all the staff especially the Dr. Who was so insightful, helpful,and of taking the time in explaining every step of what my medical journey would be like. "Village Medical left me feeling like the village idiot! I had my first appointment there and everyone was great when I was in the office. I got a referral to see a specialist. The specialist is in network with my health insurance. I went to see the specialist. After seeing the specialist Sarah from the referral department at village medical called me and was very rude to me on the phone. She said she would be denying my claim to see the specialist. This made no sense. My health insurance provider had already approved the referral to see the specialist. Sarah works for Village Medical who gave me the referral. I said if there is an issue with my insurance provider let me work it out with them. Sarah was clearly having a bad day and complained to me about other problems she was having that had nothing to do with me. She refused to give me any chance to address this issue with my insurance company. I have since talked to my insurance company who has assured me that they have approved the referral and I was covered to see the specialist. I have no idea why Sarah from Village Medical called me. She is by far the worst part of Village Medical."

"I only have the experience of one appointment but Dr Davila is very sharp and personable. He looks at you and not a computer, and clearly treats you with respect as an individual. I believe he's honest and caring. The nurse also couldn't be nicer or more professional."

"As I walk in, I felt welcomed and was greeted at the front desk. The artwork was beautiful and I was impressed that these were works by adults with physical and mental challenges. My intake medical assistant was considerate, and professional. And my doctor, Dr. Karina Gutierrez Lopez, was upbeat, energetic, yet patient and really listened to me. I was relieved that there was no gaslighting, and felt heard and taken seriously when I shared my symptoms and concerns. I came in worried and left much more relaxed and determined to do my part in lowering my numbers before my next appointment. Thank you Village Medical staff!"
