"Everyone at this location is sincerely good at their job. The front desk staff was productive, proficient, and polite. This location was preferred by my future employer and now I see why. Thank y’all for an efficient, quick testing with results. I cannot rave enough about Adelina, Alex and Kim. These employees are considerate from the moment you walk in. They remember faces and make sure your wait isn’t too long. I’ve been to other locations before, and I’ve NEVER had this great of an experience. I was in their last Thursday, Friday and this morning; and with each time these three made it feel personalized. Thank you."

"Went for a DOT in order to get a CDL for my new job. Was told my BMI was a little over 40 so they only gave me 3 months extension on my DOT. Turns out the height they had placed in their initial physical exam was incorrect causing me to not get my 2 year DOT. When I called and asked if they can correct my height, as I was willing to come back and get my height remeasured, they had refused and requested I pay to do the ENTIRE physical exam again. This place is filled with scam artist looking for any way to squeeze patients from their money. I'm only leaving this review after many back and forth conversations with the lab, would not recommend anyone to ever have any test made here as it's filled with incompetent doctors and nurses.customer service"

"I just completed a DoT physical and pre-employment drug screen at Concentra (183 and mopac) and overall it was a very positive experience. Wait times are long, especially later in the day, but all the staff were polite, professional, and working efficiently. I arrived at 9:30am on a Thursday for my physical / drug screen. There were a couple other people in the waiting room and it was a pretty chill environment. They called me back after 1 hour, and I ended up leaving after a total of 2 1/2 hours. The doctor was kind and considerate, and passed me for the DoT physical after I got a note from my primary care doc about one issue of concern. I haven’t been to other Concentra clinics mind you, but I’d recommend this one. Just be prepared for long wait times (especially later in the day) and you should be good to go."

"Literally the best experience with a walk-in clinic! The front desk was amazing and helpful and got me in as soon as she could. And kept me in the loop with how long the wait would be. Jesus gave me my shots which I couldn’t even feel with how gentle and kind he was. It was such a good experience, in a not so good time, and would go back in a heart beat! Thank you! -C"
