"HIGHLY judgemental and the person on the phone said it would be a week to get in for PEP since I was out of state! How does that make senses when you need it within 72 hours after potential exposure?"

"tried to book an appointment online, it said to just walk in. I called the phone #, and it also said to walk in. so I check the wait time and number of people in line, 5 around 1:30PM wait of 1 hour 30 minutes. plenty of time before they close right? WRONG. so I drive over there and get turned away. they were actively turning away other people as well in front of me. they said to get there at 8:30 am if I want a chance. I work the night shift and that's not feasible. doesn't seem like they really want to help people in the community despite the advertising. this was my first experience and I wont deal with them again. I will book a place that can do appointments since walk-in is a joke. at least use the online tools appropriately to let me know not to waste my time!"

"Was quoted 2 hours by the front desk at the walk in clinic, the waitlist application they have said 150 mins max, I was fine with both and not upset, I understand we all get busy. I’m still waiting to be seen 3 hours hours later, with employees that say I have another 40-50 min wait. I can understand a variance of 30 mins, maybe even an hour, but two hours? I don’t quite understand what happened today but definitely could have been managed better."

"I made an appointment back in July with Dr. David W. MD at the Koenig location. I received an email today, October 20th, confirming my appointment and asking to log in to the portal to confirm some details. Turns out Kind Clinic had my birthday wrong so I couldn’t log in. I called the help line and they said that the doctor I have an appointment with isn’t even working today and they are no longer accepting patients for gender affirming care. I waited months for this appointment and then got turned away. I can understand they are overwhelmed but the lack of communication and basically standing me up for an appointment is the worst thing you can do to someone. They offered no help to remediate the situation other then telling me to go somewhere else."

"We love the kind clinic! There are so many wonderful things about them! From a literally kind, empathetic and patient staff to the knowledgeable and diligent medical professionals. There is no hurdle that's too big or scary for them to attack. I've taken advantage of their walk in testing and I've made appointments for bigger more nuanced medical help. Each time the facility is clean, all my questions are answered and my physical and emotional care is top notch. We need more kindclinics in the world."
