"I went in for a second opinion after my strep was not resolving. They did not take my vitals. They falsified my vital signs, which I discovered upon looking at the medical record for the visit and seeing inaccurate information for height, weight and blood pressure. When speaking with the front desk MA, they took no accountability and simply stated their “procedure” for rooming. I was charged an additional amount three months after this visit occurred, after they got my copay and insurance payment. If they actually did what they were supposed to, for instance take a temperature for someone with strep, this would be reasonable. Unfortunately they did not do this and charged for an office visit without the appropriate care. Currently looking into an itemized bill to see what they are charging for as they barely provided any services."

"I had the worst experience at this urgent care. The only person worth a 5 star review was the person who checked me in, in the lobby. I went to this place because I was worried I had shingles or something else that was contagious. The nurse who took my vitals was short and seemed annoyed. The Dr/NP/PA that saw me seemed to come in with a diagnosis before they even examined me. And they rushed me out of there and basically said you can show yourself out, after giving me a bogus diagnosis. Turns out I had a contagious skin condition that I am hoping I didn't give to anyone at work. Because of these people I thought it was okay to go to work because they said it was eczema. Thanks for taking my money. Your service was abysmal."

"Fast, professional and kind. Dr Austin was very kind, attentive and straight to the point. His staff was quick and helpful. Would recommend this urgent care over and over! Very clean too."

"UPDATE: They sent me the same canned-response letter in the photo, that they sent me when they threatened to call the police and have me trespassed/arrested from their facility when they refused to fill out my workers' compensation forms correctly over 2 years ago for this same injury, which lengthened and disrupted my recovery. But they pretend to care about my issue with their response here on a google review. _____________________ I had an appointment that was cancelled because my workers' compensation doctor was out with the flu, so they couldn't see me to approve my going back to work. I was called about an hour later to come in at the spur of the moment. I came in and met with KELLI ANN OGLESBY, MD, who decided to first tell me that I was manipulating her, that she couldn't assess my injury or make any decisions because my case was too long and complicated. She proceeded to talk down to me with rude comments, like I was an unintelligent child, while insinuating that I was lying about my injury to go back to work, smirking with her fake eyebrows. They called me in for an appointment in bad faith, only to accuse me of lying and manipulating her. I signed no documents and decided to leave. Then, KELLI ANN OGLESBY, MD uses that appointment to send information to my job, information that she said she was unable to speak or act on because she did not have enough knowledge of it, and was not my treating doctor. This is not my first issue with CareNow. Previously, another location threatened to have me trespassed and arrested because they refused to fill out the paperwork properly, forcing me to leave under threat of arrest, which was the start of this same injury almost 2 years ago. KELLI ANN OGLESBY, MD is not trustworthy, lacks integrity, and has clearly shown that she cares little for you, as a patient and person . If you see her at any location of CareNow, I would avoid her, and I would avoid CareNow, if you can."
