Instead of sitting in a busy waiting room to see the doctor or an assistant for only a few minutes Dr Cashio takes the time to talk with you, listen and discuss your health from a holistic perspective. Labs are important metrics of where you are at, but he'll also focus on nutrition, exercise and what you can do to "feel healthy" overall. You'll have a doctor who can both help you quickly when you have urgent issues (calls, texts), but also someone who will be guiding you with data and experience helping you reach your goals."
