"Avoid this place! Whatever medication they put you on will be delivered late or not at all. For the last 3 years I have had to literally call them multiple times per week in order to make sure they ordered refills. The final straw came today when I showed up for a procedure only to have them say I needed blood work first! I am changing providers at this time because I don't have time to babysit natural bio"
"I should have read the small print. You have to buy their products and from the pharmacy they chose. I have friends that are on the same stuff and half the price. Plus all the lab work. I just couldn’t keep up with $$$. The staff is great, no complaints there."
"I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Dr. Feste was great, but it’s gone way downhill since he left. The new doc wants to test you to death even when your labs are normal. Once you’re in maintenance phase, testing every couple months is a completely unnecessary inconvenience. Even with normal labs they will hold your prescription hostage until you test again. There are lots of options, this place isn’t a great one."
