"2/27 update: Again, no issue with the doctors. However, I was overcharged again, this time for....over $660. They are holding my refund to see if insurance covers; however, this is a practice known as "balance billing" or surprise billing. They do not let me get my injections without paying upfront, so I can't avoid by waiting to pay until my EOB (which showed I should have paid ~$517, not over $1180). My review is not of the practitioners here, but rather they consistently mess up my billing, usually by overcharging me but I've also had them not send to insurance for months. The only good things are the doctors I've seen and people are friendly when I call, but I shouldn't have to call to get them to correct their mistakes. If I didn't call, I'd be out hundreds of dollars. Edit: it has been nearly 5 months since this place over charged me by nearly $150 and is giving me the run around. I have called and messaged countless times and no one can tell me what’s going on. They recognize I was overcharged but have been unable to fix it and provide no updates unless I call, and even then the updates continue to be “I don’t know what is going on” 4/26/2023: Still no refund. I also have been told conflicting messages - one person said a refund was in process, now I'm being told the refund has not even been submitted. May 2023: Still no refund. They finally decided to reach out to my insurance, which they should have done back in December. But no update for me, and I'm still out nearly $150. Finally fully refunded in September."

"I have been seeing doctors at ADC for over 20 years, through multiple specialties, and I have only ever had one bad experience with a doctor, and that doctor is no longer practicing with ADC. I have seen specialists in neurology, allergy, pulmonology, family medicine, dermatology, ob/gyn, general surgery, and urology, and every practitioner I have seen has been excellent. I also appreciate the in-house lab, and the ability to get x-rays immediately on-site. When HCA first took over things were a little bumpy with the switch over to new systems, but they seem to have worked out the issues now. Most important, though are the doctors and nurses, who have always treated me with respect, been generous with their time and attention, answered all of my questions, and never condescended."
