"I was so disappointed in service from this office and with my provider- Melissa Gabrielli. I recently found out that the office sent my $50 copay to collections- the problem is that I have been trying to get in touch with this office and have asked for a call back on several occasions with no response and was just sent to collections. I am also very frustrated with the provider. I was excited to meet with her as I had a good friend who recommended her. My initial appointment was great- I was looking forward to the follow up. However it all went downhill from there. I came in for the follow up and she didn’t remember who I was, the main complaint I had been in for- she didn’t even order the lab work for! I came back a month later and my lab results weren’t in. They called and got most of them. She told me nothing to help with my main complaint as she hadnt even requested the lab work for this! Then she proceeds to have me schedule for a second follow up in which I should just never have done with her. I opted for zoom and after she was 30 mins late for our call, the office said she would call me back later. So she calls me back later and still tells me nothing new from the initial follow up, was on the phone for less than 3 minutes and charges me for an appointment. $50 copay and who knows what she billed my insurance. I’m so disappointed in the service provided by the office and Melissa herself. I will definitely not be going back."

"We are in absolute disbelief with the lack of care from Dr Oscar Molina. We were new patients and he canceled on us not once but twice. We have had to wait over 1 month for our appointments and take time off work TWICE. The first cancellation apparently he was sick - we were gracious about it but this newly scheduled appointment ( the first available reschedule was 3 weeks after the first) we found out 1 hour before our appointment. So disappointed as it is not easy to always get time off work. Please don't accept new patients if you don't want new patients!"

"Victory has a walk in option that has been incredibly helpful when I have been in need to see a dr. on the same day. The nurse assistant and nurse practitioner were both very kind, helpful and wanted the best for my care. The pharmacy went above the call of duty to make sure I received my proper medications as soon as they were ready. I highly recommend Victory!"

"My appointment was at 4:45. The person that greeted me, not the friendliest. I was informed the person that was scheduled to see me left for the day. WHAT!! Then is it okay for me to be scheduled as a walk in, fine. I was there for 1 hour before I even saw anyone. Oh, I will NOT be going back. The only person that was nice was the Dr."

"I didn’t know what to expect when I needed a last-minute appointment, but I was so impressed with this clinic. Very kind, professional staff. I was treated warmly from the moment I walked in, and my problem was acknowledged and quickly addressed by the physician. Great phlebotomist too- I barely noticed the blood draw. (As a bonus, the exotic fish tank on the second floor is amazing, and actually did help me relax.) Recommend this clinic."
