"I want to share my experience with any reader. It was very good experience people there was all of them professional and helpful from the front desk to the nurse to the guy who made the diagnostic to me . They answered all my questions and I felt happy when I got the results and I compare the results with other doctors the said the same conclusion. Also the price was very ver reasonable and incomparable to ER last time at the ER I got a bill for $9909 just ER fees for 2 hours waiting. And at Texas MedClinic I paid $225 for diagnostic. Highly recommend for people who doesn’t have an insurance. Thank you all."

"The wait time was what lost a star. I made an appointment for 1:00 and got to an exam room by 1:30. After getting vitals I waited another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The place is nice and clean."

"Very frustrating experience. I have insurance that is not excepted at this clinic but that was not an issue for me. I urgently needed to see a doctor for a very bad bout of vomiting and fever. I did the paperwork and was quoted around $250 for the appointment as Self Pay. Again- no issue paying a higher amount out of pocket. I wait 45 minutes while puking in a bag and crying- I was extremely sick. Finally around the time I’m to be seen the front desk calls my name. I’m so relieved … but it’s not good news. The receptionist tells me that “unfortunately since you have insurance we cannot let you do self pay and you cannot be seen”. I’m shocked. I waited (again- puking and crying) for the entire estimated wait time for her to figure out that I am not allowed to use self pay because I have insurance. This was the worst service on my worst day. I can not comprehend how it took 45 minutes to figure out this basic intake information. The staff needs to be educated about any policies pertaining to self pay and those who are insured."

"New Year’s Day care- I’ve been here twice before in the past few years and have had 5 star experiences. Today was a bit different. I was seen within 90 min of booking online which was great, and I was able to wait at home. The front desk employee was so nice. The care I received felt okay, not great. The nurse nearly choked me trying to swab pus my on tonsil which isn’t protocol. And she sneezed into the air with her mask down and didn’t cover her mouth. The doctor acted a bit strange but seemed okay. She also coughed hard right in front of me, but with her mask on. While I was waiting for my swab results I heard many employees coughing, laughing and talking loudly about lip filler. It just didn’t feel extremely professional in there at all. What bothered me the most was that I couldn’t even get my prescription today because the pharmacy was closed since it is a holiday. It would’ve been great if the clinic told me this, but I had to call back to investigate when I didn’t get any call from the pharmacy for hours. This bothered me because I paid more for “urgent” care and couldn’t get my meds in an urgent manner, so basically suffering for another day. It would’ve been nice if the clinic noticed and sent my meds to a 24 hr pharmacy."

"Shout-out to the fantastic clinic staff that was there tonight Dec 21,2023 around 9-1045 pm. Only urgent care non emergency open and so they told me it would be 3 hours. The front desk person was really nice about it as I told her I was sure I have strep (kids). The nurse/medical assistant listened to me when I told her I thought it was strep and I often test negative so she did a thorough swab. The doctor was so kind and chatted with me and was friendly. The wait can be long because it is one of the few non ER urgent cares open in the area but be patient and kind. The staff here is amazing and they deserve all the kudos! Thank you."
