"My credit score was damaged due to clinic incompetency. I today received a bill from a collections agency for my $20 co-pay. I had no idea that I owed this amount as when I checked out after my appointment I was told I had nothing to pay. The clinic may have tried to write me about this but they entered my address wrong so god knows where that letter went. Did they email or call to ask me about the $20 bill - no. Instead they just moved to collections thusly damaging my credit score due to their incompetence - Avoid!"

"Dr. DeLiberato and the rest of the staff here have always been very professional, helpful, prompt and courteous. It's nice to have a place to go for check-ups and lab work that is so convenient and easy to manage."

"I’ve been going to Baylor Scott & white for about 5 years now for mostly medications and physical, lab work etc, randomly selected them because they were the closest reputable office that took my insurance. I’ve always had a great experience with Dr DeLiberato for my regular visits. What made them stand out was after I developed my first symptoms of testicular cancer, my GP got me scheduled for a CT scan, to meet with a specialist, then into surgery all in under a week from that first visit. I attribute the fact that my cancer didn’t spread and my tumor was in such an early stage because they moved so quickly with urgency to get me what I needed for treatment. They’ve been amazing every step of the way and always made me feel supported and comfortable knowing what my next step would be. Their health portal is also very easy to use and to keep track of all my health info."

"I took my 3 year old son in on day 5 of having a low grade fever and a rash popping up on his body. I expressed to the care provider, Virginia Busboom, I was beginning to see signs of cold sores popping up on the corners of my child’s mouth. She completely ignored EVERYTHING I said and ran test for RSV, Covid, Flu, and Strep. She said she believed it was a strep rash, strep came back within 10 minutes negative. Every other test has came back negative as well. It is now 3 days before christmas and my son is broken out in cold sores all over his mouth and a rash all over his body because the clinic has still yet to reach out and provide the proper care my son needs. Also his health insurance lapsed because of a mistake on his father’s part so this is all out of pocket for me during the holidays. This care provider ignored all of my concerns because I am a young single mom and my son doesn’t currently have health insurance, which one could say is discrimination. Do not take your children into this clinic!"

"This review is for all the future patients who go in for the urgent care. It’s a joke. My husband went in for an infection on his leg, and no doctor was even available to see him. An NP who was available, asked him to “poke himself with a needle” called it an incision and drain, used that code to bill and charged our account $664 for that. Moreover, they were supposed to send in a prescription, which was never done. Never even got a call back till the week after. People and management like these are the reason healthcare is the worst in United States. They charge a whole bunch for doing nothing. No one can even help us, given we have Baylor Scott and white insurance, we went to a BSW urgent care. Same people just looking for different ways to take money from their patients and clients."
