"ARC doesn’t have anything together. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak to the doctor while he’s sending me messages on MyChart. I’ve been sick for over a month due to lack of care from ARC and misdiagnosis. This place is a waste of time and money. They will keep you on hold all day if they can because they’ve run out of excuses for the doctor."
"Made an appointment to establish primary care and the earliest appointment was 2 months out. A week before my appointment I was told the Doctor was going to be out of office and I needed to reschedule, earliest availability was another month away. Just got a call saying that the doctor is going to be out of office for this appointment as well and the earliest they could fit me in would be two months away. Don't even try because they clearly do not value your time at a facility like this. I'm sure they are fine for as needed service but have no concept of primary care."
"I honestly never leave reviews for doctors, but I believe this will be helpful for others looking for a new physician in the area. I understand the importance of being on time to appointments, however when when you call the office to let them know you will be a couple of minutes behind ( which they are very understanding over the phone) but then you arrive you have wait in the line to check in foe 10min. Now you are 15 min late and the doctor refuses to see you. This is very bad customer service and a terrible way to handle your patients as a doctor. DO NOT book with Doc Chen if you want to be denied service due to you being late because of the front office. *another doctor was able to see us and we are very grateful & she was wonderful!! It’s a shame some people put there work onto others."
