"Absolutely terrible with time management. This morning I spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up and open the doors to the clinic so that I could go through with my appointment that’s been on the books for two months. Doors say 8am, my appointment was for 8am…. NO ONE SHOWED UP. No nurses, no doctors. This is the second appointment where something like this has happened, the first time they were 5-10 mins late but still came. So ridiculous… I have to take time off of work and adjust my entire morning to be here for this and no one who works at this clinic can be bothered to show up on time. Don’t schedule appointments or set your hours this early if you can’t keep to it."

I had no need to worry because Laura and staff at total care, primary were absolutely wonderful! Great attention to detail and very caring. Excellent experience!"

"This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Tamara made my check in easy and stress free. Waiting area was comfortable with complimentary snacks and drinks. The wait was less than 10 minutes to get in a room. The nurse went over my medical history and relayed to Laura, who then came in and went over the symptoms and diagnosis. Laura was very pleasant and I did not feel rushed at all. Checkout was just as easy. I’m happy to have a place so close and convenient."

"Super friendly, super nice. Thorough. The front desk people were very kind and welcoming. Laura the provider was awesome. Very attentive and personable. The only thing was they couldn’t stick me so I have to go to Quest for labs which is slightly inconvenient. But in their defense I am a hard stick."
