"Went in for a dot physical physical was not properly conducted they didn't have the proper blood pressure cuff to measure my BP and Immeadiatly refered me to a sleep study and when I refused his examination and trI'd to leave with my paperwork I was told that he would just mark me down as failed and that if I left with my records they would call the police because that was there records and the doctor's signature was on them and they belonged to them to that I responded my signature my ssn my dob home address and telephone number where on them and if I wasn't going to be a patient then they didn't all my info after leaving there with none of my documents being humiliated and forced to leave through a side door I have no dot physical poor remarks on my medical record and I'm out $100 that they supposedly didn't know how to refund even though they offered more then five times overall one of the worst experience I've has to deal with and I would lay in the gutter and die before I asked these people for anything do not go to this clinic"
