"Great clinic, just the waiting til it’s a bit long but other than that. my daughter gets treated so nice like if she is their own. Loved all the pediatricians, always explained to me without a rush."

"I am very sad to write this review. My children have seen Dr. Gandhi for 14 years. But now there's a new doctor and you never see her anymore. Honestly the place is a hole but I've continued coming here, making a 45 minute drive, bc I really love the doctor. The staff has no idea what the HIPPA laws are or how to bill insurance. I am certified medical coder. The were not able to verify my PPO insurance. They did not tell me this until after I was seen. I gave them written instructionsfrom the insurance company on how to bill and they said they do not bill electronically. Then I said send a paper claim and they said they can't do that either lol.They refused to use my ins even though they are in network. They are incompetent and just don't know what they are doing. I decided to pay out of pocket just to be done and requested my medical records so we can change doctors. They said they couldn't give them to me directly. I told them BY LAW they must give them to me. They finally said they will but will have to do it tomorrow. I am done with them. They are rude, unprofessional and honestly the place is gross. Dr. Gandhi bring a good doctor won't save them anymore. Do not go here."

"Dr. Ghandi is an excellent pediatrician! I have 4 daughters and they all go to her. My oldest is 19 yrs old and has been going to Dr. Ghandi since she was 2! My youngest is 10 months! Dr. Ghandi takes time to get to know her patients, she truly cares for them, and takes great care of them! It NEVER matters when we call and she comes to the hospital after birth. I'd recommend her to ANYONE for their child/children."

"So I brought my 7 year old son in for an appointment a few months ago, the dr. Said he was overweight, needs to eat more fruits and vegetables (which he eats plenty of fruits and vegetables) and needs to lose weight. I was a little confused as he is 52 almost 53 inches and weighs 69 lbs. according to charts, he’s right where he should be for his height and weight. So then I go to take him to his appointment (for which I thought was a check up) and it was an appointment for weight management. So at 7 years old doctors should not be this hard on kids, especially ones that are not overweight. My son would have no where to lose any weight from. He’s extremely active and eats fairly healthy. Of course he loves his candy and chips sometimes for a snack. Very dissatisfied in this practice. I have reached out to our insurance and switched his doctor. But I wanted to get this out there because a 7 year old could be very upset with a doctor saying this to them and could cause for future weight issues. Just my thought."

"I have taken my son for 9 years with Dr. Nitha, I never had problems because my son almost never got sick and he always only went to quick check-ups, now that he has gotten sick he has very strong symptoms and she does not give him any medicine, always He says that it is an allergy and that they change their food, I do not recommend that they take their children there because it is useless they will only waste their time and their son will continue the same or worse. I do not recommend it at all."
