"I’m giving them one star. My mother was sick and they made her go get a negative Covid test before she could be seen. (It was negative. She has bronchitis) What’s the purpose of being her PCP if you’re not going to be her PCP?? I guess they only see well people."

"Very unprofessional and not very good. I do not recommend for anything other than minor cuts and bruises. Nurse practitioner is not very good. Dr Patel is CARELESS and more interested in his side business than seeing patients. Office is poorly run. DO NOT GIVE YOU SSN OR TRUST YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. VERY CARELESS OFFICE."

"Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful! My husband and I , along with our 3 kids have been patients of Dr Patel for at least the past 10 years and we have always received excellent medical treatment along with a caring attitude from Dr Patel and his staff. I can always speak to someone immediately on the phone instead of getting an answering machine, and they have always been able to fit us in for appointments at the last minute when needed. My kids have seen Dr Patel since high school and now they are in their 20's. Dr Patel has taken care of them at different stages of their development and always ask how their doing when I come in for my appointments. I'm a Registered Nurse and know how challenging it can be to run a medical practice, manage staff and deal with insurance providers. Dr Patel, his office manager and staff have been able to do an amazing job at delivering great medical care with a compassionate and personal touch !"

"Dr. Patel and his staff are very kind and attentive. I have worked with Dr. Patel for several years now. I have a personal care home. We bring some of our residents to him for care. Alzheimer’s/ Dementia is a cruel disease, but he is so patient and kind. He listens well, asks questions before diagnosis. We trust him completely! Myself and my husband see him as well. He is always on point. My husband has diabetes which is now under control. Dr Patel is very kind and professional. His staff are sweet and very helpful. Waiting time is never very long. They truly do care very much about all their patients. I can’t express enough how dr Patel and his staff have made our lives easier just knowing he is there for us when we need him. I would recommend Dr. Patel and encourage anyone to go see him. Let him help you, the way he has helped us so many times."

"Dr Patel and his entire staff are wonderful. We switched doctors after 20 years because our Dr changed and we did not feel as if he had our best interest and mind. He seemed as if he was just there to collect a paycheck. After seeing Dr. Patel twice it was a huge difference he genuinely cares about his patients and listens he doesn't try to rush you out of his office."
