"Even though you make your appointment 6-12 months in advance they just reschedule your appointment the day before so you have to totally rearrange your schedule last minute. Has happened to both my spouse and myself on several separate occasions. The first time they didn't even call to tell me they rescheduled my appointment for later in the day and when I showed up they lied said I scheduled it for later in the day. I pulled up the email confirmation when I booked the appointment 6 months ago to prove they were lying and they simply told me to come back later with no apology. Also billed my old insurance even though I gave them the new card before the visit. The office staff is really the only problem, the doctors are pretty great though."

"I am currently on disability due to a cervical and shoulder injury. The disability insurance company denied my extended request for disability benefits due to insufficient documentation from a follow-up appointment that was cancelled by my PCP. I called the office for assistance and was absolutely blessed to get assistance from Ashley G. She was an attentive listener, kind, understanding, empathetic and easy to talk to. She was very thoughtful and thorough and clarified my needs. She stated that she would notify him of the need to submit documentation to support the continuation of the treatment plan and physical therapy sessions.
