"They combined my doctor with these clowns and now refuse to let me see my doctor of over 30 years. Good luck you will probably never see the same provider twice. I found another provider in Decatur where I can actually see the same provider every time and not have to play guess the provider when I make an appointment."

"Cash appointment, quoted $162.50 for the office visit which I paid. The front desk was ridiculous and embarrassing when I checked in yelling across the room that I needed to pay that before the appointment even though I’d already told her I knew and agreed. Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, went back and sat in the doctor office waiting another 30 minutes, spent 30 minutes with the nurse practitioner. Went to check out and the two very unpleasant office workers sat there talking about a lady that just left before helping me. I had to call and remind them the next day that a prescription hadn’t been sent in. A month and a half later I got a chart bill for an additional $300!! I called several times to ask why on earth I was suddenly billed extra and was basically told “nothing we can do, health care is expensive” That is seriously shady. I’ve been paying cash up front for all doctor/dentist appointments for over 10 years and I’ve never had one come back with a ridiculous “extra fee”. Nothing “extra” was done, I didn’t even take my shoes off for the visit."

"They will rush you to sign up for my chart, so you don't have time to read all the fine print. They do not wait for VA insurance to pay, as everyone know, they take forever. Instead they send you a bill in you my chart and unless you log in, you will never see said bill. Then they finally send a bill to your house for you to pay but send it to collections when they send the bill out so, you have no option to pay said bill because it was already given to collections. Then will have to call collections to pay bill, that VA will eventually pay Texas health for but you will not get refunded because you had to pay the collections place so it doesn't ruin your credit. I will never to go to any Texas Health Resources, nor will any of my family and I will recommend any where else to everyone I know. They are very NOT VET friendly!"

"My wife's PCP here has left her kidney stone at 6mm go untreated. She called to make an appt as requested by the ER and was told she couldn't be seen for the next 30 days. They then told her to come in the morning as a walk in. We showed up the next morning as a walk in and she was turned away because there were no physicians on staff. My wife is in an extreme amount of pain. This place is a complete joke and we have had nothing but bad experiences here. Lack of care Office staff have attitudes Physicians don't show up. Even the ER personnel can't believe texas health is doing this."

"I love this place! I'll admit I was a little hesitant due to the reviews but gave it a shot and I'm super pleased, especially to find something so close to home. Amber Larimore Olguin is awesome, my whole family is switching their care to her. She's thorough, takes her time, knowledgeable. All of the staff I've come into contact with have been super helpful and friendly. Just once our wait time was a little long BUT it was still way shorter than usual for me having to drive to Alliance, Aledo, etc so it's still a win in my book! And even as a first time patient I didnt have to wait weeks/months to get in! That's a good sign if/when we get sick, same day or next appts are very likely to be available!"
