Both times I couldn’t have asked for better care and people who genuinely want you to feel better!They don’t just want to pump you with meds, get you out the door and collect their money. They even follow up by calling to see how you are doing! I definitely recommend Surepoint!"

"I took my son to surepoint Friday night because he was running a fever and was acting super sick to the point I got scared. Not only did it take less than 3 mins to be seen. But they were patient, helpful, informative and respectful as well as extremely calming even after they told me my baby had a fever of 103.1 degrees. Dr Dane I believe his name was told me I was doing a great job keeping him hydrated and doing everything right. They walked me through the proper dosage of medication for my son. They were extremely caring and even called me on Sunday to check up on him. Then today I get this lovely card. I HIGHLY Recommend them. They are FANTASTIC"

"Just want to thank everyone here, from Katy at the front. She was very welcoming. The nurses, Lindsay & Shannon, they were amazing and do sweet. Diana, the RAD tech also came in to take care of me. They all displayed awesome team work!! They make you feel comfortable and not just someone they need to rush in and out. Last but not least, Dr Robinson is the most kindest, caring Dr that I've met since I've lived here in Azle, for 2 years now. He had true concern about my health, didn't want to discharge me until he got my blood pressure down to a comfortable reading and took the time to talk to me about his concerns. Sorry so long, but I want to highly recommend Surepoint , I'll definitely go again for an emergency needs."

"Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out as walk-ins. They were also great with our toddlers. We will definitely be coming back here if we need urgent care again. Highly recommend."

"This place is outstanding. We arrived and were shortly taken back to an exam room; an assessment was done; the doctor came in and we absolutely thought he was wonderful. My daughter was diagnosed, treated, and we were released quickly and efficiently. Everyone, all the staff, were so kind, compassionate and helpful. This will be our go to emergency room for anything in the future that comes up for us."
