"I had originally rated this place 5 stars without a review. Now since they increased prices to a staggering $183 I believe it's time to look elsewhere for storage. That is way too much to pay for something I was paying less around 3 years ago. The storage itself was great just not the price for it. Sorry Public Storage we are going elsewhere."
"The gates barely work, and the ownership recently changed again! And the prices continue to keep rising, definitely not worth the pain. We'll be looking for a new storage company very soon!"
"We rented our unit online last week and when we got there with the truck loaded and ready to unload the gate code wouldn’t work. We couldn’t get hold of anyone to help us out. They didn’t call us back even though we left a voicemail we had to call them back. So finally on Monday when we finally got hold of someone I asked if we would get refunded for the days we couldn’t access our unit and was told most likely not. Now second weekend in a row we’re trying to get into the facility and the gate won’t open. It looks like they just switched from simply self storage to Public Storage. This is getting ridiculous."
