"Rick came highly recommended by both my realtor and a friend who owns a contracting company. I can see why both would comfortably stake their reputation on Rick's Carpet Company. Rick installed engineered wood floors throughout the first floor replacing both carpet and ceramic tile. First and foremost, Rick and his team were phenomenal. Rick was patient walking me through my options, providing guidance which was extremely helpful but not overbearing and left me with an extremely high level of confidence when we kicked off. Rick kept to their schedule and his team was professional, careful and extremely efficient. Taking out 1000 sq foot of tile is disruptive, there are no two ways about that, but the precautions they took to keep the disruption to a minimum was extremely helpful. Lastly, and for the long run the most awesome part, I love my floors. 100% absolutely love my floors. I waited a little bit to write my review to ensure it wasn't just the newness of the floors, but nope - love them more every day. Rick's guidance and recommendations were spot on and the change to the house is breathtaking. I couldn't recommend Rick more if you are looking for someone who is talented and trustworthy."
