"Really can't recommend Ideal enough. I've had plenty of disastrous experiences with contractors in the past, but every step of the process with them was simple. Went in to their showroom, and Ruben wasn't the slightest bit pushy and made a lot of recommendations to help keep costs as low as possible. We were out of there in no time with a ton of samples. After my wife decided on one, Arnold came by and did the measurements, talked me through my concerns and hauled the samples off. The overall quote Ruben came back with was ultra-competitive - on par with Home Depot, to be honest. Best part about the process is the installers (who have both been there for years and years, a great father and son team) were there right at 8 am every morning and actually finished the job early despite having to lay a bunch of extra concrete for leveling. All in all, the finished result is absolutely stunning, and my wife and I couldn't be happier."
