"We bought a TV with an open box, which was fine. The guy that helped us initially was very nice and patient while we checked the tv to make sure the essentials were there. They were. We’re gonna double check the functionality when we get home. We came to pick it up and it was missing 2 screws, no big deal. We asked about it and were told to check the instruction manual that it also didn’t have, which we told them also, again, no big deal. An associate not related to anything we were doing, nor helping anyone around us, stated “it’s an open box” seemingly attempting under his breath, but it was very loud, as if we were stupid for asking if they had the 2 missing screws or the instruction manual for a $1500 TV. We intended to buy the screws if they were missing, and we can get the manual from the manufacturer website, we just wanted to check to see if they had them, which the worst they can usually say is no. I understand it’s a discounted price and may not have all the screws or the instruction manual, that’s not a problem, and it doesn’t hurt anyone for us to ask. The sass and acting like we’re stupid was disrespectful, especially when it’s directly next to the customers you aren’t helping."

"I love this store and the service has always been great. but (I've always had a bad experience with Geek Squad) this time we paid a service of $250 to install an 85" TV, above the fire place. However, 2 people came to do the job and it was horrible and they even scratched the wall with a deep scratch, damaging the back of the television. We asked for a claim about this, the team was here again but this time 4 people instead of 2 (realizing 2 people were too few for this job) the television was well placed but they said nothing about the scratches on the wall. We waited for a month for a response and today when I called to inquire about the matter they said that the employee who assembled the television (which is in the photo on the left side) explained that it was not her who scratched the wall and that it was me. I just stayed under the TV to make sure I could help if they dropped my $3000 TV. once they were shouting at each other losing total control of the situation because they had a heavy television for just 2 people on 2 small ladders. Once again super disappointed with this company and I'm going to sue the geek squad with the photos and videos of what happened."

"DO NOT BUY TVs FROM BEST BUY. Please allow this picture to speak for itself. I understand mistakes happen in transit. Yet, associates are poorly trained and lack empathy at this location. Quality and assured service Best Buy was once known for is now completely dissipated."

"It’s our closest location from our home so any electronics we buy we prefer this location. Always they offer very good deals. During Black Friday deals they were the best for Mac book 2022 prices, $150 off from regular price. This was a great deal."
