"Maybe we didn't understand what type of business this was...we thought it was a small store. We visited when our hiking plans were canceled due to snow. We were not greeted or spoken to the entire time we were browsing their shelves. It's a small space...it's not like we were lost in the crowd. We left without one word ever being spoken to us. My expectations for small businesses in small towns is a lot higher than this, at the very least acknowledge someone is in your store. Expectations were surpassed at the store a few doors down."
